What can I customise?
Rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, cufflinks, and almost any bespoke jewellery design.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Whether you have a sketch, photograph, or simply an idea, we can transform your vision into reality.
Will I see a preview before production?
Yes. The lab-grown diamond designer provides an indicative on-screen preview, and we provide detailed design sketches with dimensions before production begins. Full 3D production renderings are not currently available.
Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable S$750 deposit is required to confirm a custom order. The balance is payable upon delivery, normally six to eight weeks from the booking date. Once the order is confirmed, reductions or changes cannot be made.
How long does production take?
Most commissioned pieces are completed within six to eight weeks, depending on design complexity.
How do I know the quality of a gemstone?
Gemstones are supplied with certification where applicable. Certification is not provided for gemstones valued below S$500.
How do I determine my ring size?
We can measure your size during a face-to-face appointment or guide you through measuring at home for an online order.
Can a custom ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized by one or two ring sizes. One resizing within this range is included for eligible custom orders.
What happens if my jewellery is damaged?
Repair and maintenance services are available at an additional cost. Contact us with photographs and details so we can advise on the best next step.
What is included with a custom order?
Custom-order services include a one-to-one consultation, style guidance, two design sketches with one revision, eligible resizing, engraving up to six characters, a ring box, IGI certification for lab-grown diamonds where applicable, and delivery.
What metals and gemstones are available?
We offer yellow, white and rose gold, 925 sterling silver, platinum, dual-tone combinations, and a carefully curated selection of natural and lab-grown gemstones.
How much does a commissioned piece cost?
Each piece is individually quoted according to its design, gemstone, metal, materials, and craftsmanship.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes. Repair and maintenance services are available to help preserve the beauty and integrity of your jewellery. Contact us with photographs and details so we can advise on the best next step and any applicable cost.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Care instructions are provided with every piece. In general, store jewellery separately, avoid harsh chemicals and impacts, and arrange professional cleaning or inspection when needed.
