Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and commissions placed with AurumVitaSG. By confirming an order, you agree to these terms and to any approved quotation or design brief.

Products and descriptions

Gemstones and handmade jewellery naturally vary in colour, pattern, inclusion, weight, and finish. Screen displays and photography may not reproduce colours exactly. Measurements and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Custom and bespoke commissions

Work begins after you approve the design or quotation and pay a non-refundable S$750 deposit. Unless your quotation states otherwise, a bespoke commission may include consultation, design development, gemstone and metal sourcing, setting, finishing, Singapore delivery, and reasonable after-sales support.

The usual production estimate is 6–8 weeks after design approval and deposit, but timing may change due to design complexity, material availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material changes.

Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule. Any outstanding balance must be paid before delivery or collection.

Gemstone certification

Where a laboratory report or certificate is included, its details will be stated in the quotation or product description. Gemstones priced below S$500 do not include independent certification unless specifically quoted.

Prices and order acceptance

Prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive any required payment. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we cannot reasonably fulfil the request; any payment received for an unaccepted order will be returned.

Intellectual property

Designs, sketches, photographs, text, and other original materials created by AurumVitaSG remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
