Singapore delivery

For custom and bespoke commissions, delivery within Singapore is included in the quotation unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges for ready-made items are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

Production and dispatch times

Custom pieces usually require 6–8 weeks after design approval and receipt of the required deposit. This is an estimate and may vary with design complexity, gemstone or material availability, certification, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will let you know about material delays.

Ready-made items are normally dispatched after payment has cleared and any requested sizing or alteration is complete. We will provide delivery details when available.

International delivery

International delivery is available only by prior arrangement. Shipping charges, insurance, and delivery estimates will be confirmed before dispatch. Unless expressly included in your quotation, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local clearance requirements.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly if any details need to change. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

If a parcel appears damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly and retain all packaging and delivery documentation while we investigate with the carrier.
