Custom and bespoke orders

A non-refundable deposit of S$750 is required to begin a custom commission. The deposit covers consultation, design development, gemstone sourcing and production planning. Once the design and quotation are confirmed, cancellation or a change of mind does not reduce the agreed price. Requested changes after confirmation may require a revised quotation and timeline.

Because commissioned pieces are made to an approved specification, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If a commissioned piece does not match the confirmed specification, please contact us promptly so we can assess and put the matter right.

Ready-made items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to its description, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Any approved return must be unworn, unaltered and sent with its original packaging and accompanying documents.
