Shipping and delivery policy

Singapore delivery

Delivery within Singapore is included in the quoted price of a custom commission unless your written quotation states otherwise. Ready-made item delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Production and dispatch

Most bespoke pieces require approximately 6–8 weeks after the design, quotation and S$750 deposit are confirmed. Complex designs, specialist gemstone sourcing or supplier delays can extend this estimate. We will keep you informed and confirm delivery or collection arrangements when your piece is ready.

International delivery

International delivery is arranged only when confirmed with AurumVitaSG. Charges, insurance, tracking and the expected timeframe will be included in the quotation. The recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and customs charges unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing so we can investigate with the carrier.
