These terms apply to purchases and commissions placed with AurumVitaSG. By confirming an order, you agree to the applicable product description or written quotation, price, payment schedule and these terms.

Products and gemstones

Natural gemstones can vary in colour, clarity, cut and inclusions. Images are prepared to represent each item accurately, but screen settings and lighting can affect appearance. Measurements and carat weights are stated as accurately as reasonably possible.

Bespoke commissions

A custom commission begins after the design and quotation are approved and a non-refundable S$750 deposit is paid. The quoted price includes the consultations, design work, gemstone and metal stated in the quotation, setting, finishing, delivery within Singapore and after-sales support described in the quotation. Most commissions take approximately 6–8 weeks, subject to sourcing and design complexity.

Changes requested after approval may affect the price and schedule and will be confirmed before additional work begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the quotation before delivery or collection.

Certification

Where a gemstone certificate is included, its issuing laboratory will be identified. Certification for individual gemstones valued below S$500 is not included unless it is specifically requested and quoted.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when AurumVitaSG confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect or payment cannot be verified; any payment taken for that cancelled order will be returned.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography and original designs remain the property of AurumVitaSG or the relevant rights holder and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
